Steinmetz always does a good job of diagnosing and repairing. The issue was not so much with them but with the equipment. The compressor was starting so hard. It made a horrific noise and was shifting the entire condenser unit. It moved at about a foot at the very last phase of this thing going out. Twice, it literally loosened and ripped one bolt right out of the frame. There was another company that came out and the rep was telling me there was nothing wrong with the AC. Hendricks Electric came out. It turned out that it wasn't an electrical issue. It was the power port. It must have been dated. It was multiple locations when the guy tried it directly to the port that he needed, the electrical port works fine. He had on a mask the whole time. He also made sure we were distanced from each other. Everything went pretty well.
