I like the response time of getting a service set up and the quality of the contractors
The contractor came out 3 different times and we've had the same guy, Chauncey, every time. They've been very responsive. I have a tenant living there that’s fighting cancer and he really needed the AC working. Chauncey was able to juggle things around, get out there and get it fixed. He found the problem immediately. My air conditioner was shutting off. It was running all the time and it was leaking water. American Home Shield had a pretty easy claims process and I didn't have any issues. Altus Air Conditioning came out and they fixed everything the first time. My AC is running better now. Everything was just fine for me.
We figured out that the AC wasn't working at four o'clock in the morning. A-US Air Conditioning called me by that afternoon, and then the guy was there the next day and he fixed it on the first visit. We have used them before in the past, and if it’s a part that they don't have with them, they usually have to order it and it takes a little while. If an issue comes up they are fast with turn around time. They also keep you posted on events that are happening with the the parts
Professionalism and experience and on time
My husband is a retired Realtor and we decided to get American Home Shield. We haven't been with them very long, but we've been pleased with them. One time, our air conditioner went out. I called American Home Shield and when spoke to somebody, the one I talked to was very nice. Greenway Home Services then called and said when they would be out. It was supposed to be from 1:00 to 5:00, but then they got here at 6:30. I wasn't upset about that, but I was surprised that they stayed that long and worked past 5:00. It was hot as... read more
