One of my air conditioning units was not working. So I called American Home Shield and the guy that came out was phenomenal. It was a fantastic experience. He came in with shoe covers and face mask. The heating unit was in the attic and he went up there. Every time he walked out, he took the shoe covers out and put them back in. He had the spare part with him, replaced it and started working. It's been relatively easy for us to submit a claim. I request the service I need online and pay for the professional to come out. They usually call relatively quick. If not, then I call whatever business it is and schedule the time and they come out and replace or repair it, whichever the case needs. When the heating element on my dryer went out, the guy that they sent out was nice. He even came out and replaced the heating element on a Saturday. We bought the property in June then I signed up for American Home Shield right away because I don't know how the furniture and everything is going on. It's a good investment for me to have American Home Shield and I'm really satisfied with them. My husband is happy too. They are awesome. They are responsive when I make an appointment. AHS always gets the service done in a timely manner.
Air Rescue Mechanical was great. We have three units and they have been out on a couple of different occasions. They fixed the issues and we haven't had any problems with either the units since. They're quick too. Also, we haven't had any trouble with American Home Shield. It's been really good. We had a different home warranty company to begin with, but we had a really bad experience with them. My experience with American Home Shield was very good. My upstairs unit would not turn off. It just kept running and running and running. The contractor checked it out and said that it needed freon and some other repair which they did. They handled it well. It's easy to submit a claim and to American Home Shield's credit, they got back to me and had the tech over here in an hour which I know is very unlikely. Going online, identifying the problem, and American Home Shield selecting a vendor was a good experience. American Home Shield does a good job and their contractors have been good too. This is our second home we have in Arkansas, and it's great to not have that looming on your mind that you don't know what vendor to call.
When American Plumbing came out for our AC, it went great. The contractor did a good job. He came when he said he was gonna come and he went in there, did what he needed to do. I told him that every year the capacitor goes out, that we've had to have it changed. He said he did something else that would make the capacitor last longer. So he didn't just come in and do the capacitor, he tried to help. He also kept us informed of what he was doing and he did the coolant charge and said he's not gonna do paperwork on it.
