The dispatch from AHS to local contractor is slow, the appt set in system does not relate to local company.
The contractor was great but dealing with that recording made me mad. Also the price increase does not sit well with me
Always fast with assigning someone out to fix any problems.

The first time I tried to use AHS it was great - Crockett Lock rekeyed my house and they were very nice. The second time i needed AHS concerned my air conditioner It was on a Saturday and our AC wasn't cooling. I called and they charged me the $75 and gave me a provider and they wouldn't be open till Monday. My husband had a stroke 1 1/2 years ago and its hard for him to be without air. I called AHS back and they ( after about 1 hour of questioning) gave me permission to call another AC company that could come right out. The... read more
