4 star rating is due to a negative experience had a few months ago with assigning our technician that was posted online as a 1 star when we repeatedly said no. AHS should not be associated with these companies and sending them out to the customers homes. I reported this information to them and asked why and were they aware of the negative and poor ratings which AHS was highlighted in all the reviews. I entered my request online. Within minutes a vendor was assigned. Shortly after the vendor contacted me. I sent them some photos. They ordered parts. They came and fixed the problem
