Service was ordered right away and didn't have any issues
When I make claims to American Home Shield, I go through the automated system but sometimes, I speak to a representative. Both would give me a name and a phone number. For the electrician, I talked to someone and I was given the name of the company. They said that I could give them a call if I wanted to but they would respond to me within the proper time. So. Always concerns about their customer over busiense
The service is good, however, the fact that I can never readily speak with someone is an inconvenience.
They were very easy to work with. I wasn't aware I even had it until my realtor told me though. I would have liked to get some information in the mail with what was all included in my warranty.
