They took care of our problem right away. Our dryer was old and not working. They sent us a egift card with the amount for us to get a new dryer within days of our putting in our request. Very impressed!

All positive. Whenever I've had to file a claim I've always received prompt response. If for some reason I wasn't able to keep an appointment, rescheduling was easy. Repair association was always competent and professional. On the one occasion when i needed a second opinion, American Shield made that happen
