Great service from the time he entered my home. He took care of the problem without making a mess. Cleaned up behind himself and was out. Mission accomplished well
Responsiveness, professionalism, customer service and handling/processing of claims.
The AC unit wasn’t putting out cool air, and the technician came out. He was out here for about 20 minutes and he rectified the problem. That was my first claim with with American Home Shield, and I didn’t have any difficulties with the claims process at all.
My ice maker was broken. Amtec Services was assigned to us and it was good once the technician got here. I needed a new ice maker and they ordered it. He came out, put it in, and fixed the unit. The process took a couple of weeks. I called American Home Shield and it was another week before I got the appointment. When they came out, it was another week. They had to order. They take care of situations timely manner
Our garbage disposal started leaking from the bottom, so I put in a request to have somebody come out look at it and fix or replace it. Colorado Plumbing and Heating ended up needing to get a new one and replace our old garbage disposal. But our old garbage disposal didn't have a power cord from it, but the new one did, so we had to put in another request for an electrician to come out. That went really smooth.
