I have two units in the house and one of the units wasn't cooling enough. American Home Shield sent the guy from Phil's Good AC & Heating. When he got ready to leave, he said, "You got a leak somewhere. I have to put some information in to Home Shield about the leak but I did give you some freon so that it will cool off." Courteous, efficient & follow up. I think my response is sufficient & it's a little irritating you have requirement for a character count. The would rate this portion of the survey as ridiculous.
The service is great. Two years ago, we had an air conditioner repair request and somebody came and fixed it. This time, we had to have the refrigerator fixed and the guy came on time and fixed the problem as well. It took around 45 minutes, but it could have been done in less than 30 minutes. Some printed circuit board had to be changed and he had some minor issue going through it. He told me he had to talk to somebody. Still, the job was done and the icemaker started working, so overall, I'm happy with whatever he did.
Great response. Everybody I have had to do repairs have been courteous and through.
