Great for appliances, not so for plumbing and A/C unless you buy their most expensive plan

I have had a good experience with one call and the second call for Ac repair I'm still waiting for it to be fixed after about 3 weeks. It's 90° plus outside and this is unacceptable in my opinion

None of the replacement appliances are available. All customer service agents have been great though. They are trying to help.
