good, timely professional contractors, not trying to sell additional products or services
Part of American Home Shield's program is if they can't fix something, they would replace it. They're very good about it. But the term "replace what you have" isn't quite true. They'll replace you with something of similar quality but not a similar fit and finish. If you have a roughly high-quality Maytag dishwasher like ours that failed a number of years ago, they would be willing replace it with a similar quality dishwasher. The house was really hot because the fan was not running. I tried running some diagnostics with a friend of mine who is HVAC certified. We figured out that the power was good coming from the house and from the breaker box. It looked like the problem was the compressor. But I got a warranty with AHS, so I talked to them. They addressed the most recent problem, but previously insisted a built in air conditioner was a window air conditioner.
AHS has always provided service in a timely manner for us.
Easy for Online service request and Timely response by company for repair
Fast service. Great follow up. Only negative comment is I have tried calling several times and cant get through.
Always fix what's broken and never questions the problem. I have had good work done on my appliances.
