Quick response when I made the initial call. Was given service time and name of company that was gonna do my service. Was in communication with AHS throughout process.

American Team came out and did a great job. I had a GFCI outlet that wasn’t working. Then I had one light that wasn't working as well. While they didn't directly fix the light, they told me what they thought was going on and helped me fix it from there myself. All my issues were resolved very quickly. I have no complaints about them. They maintained social distancing and they wore a mask. AHS was helpful at the time that I needed it. It was also easy to get a schedule online.
My air conditioner wasn't staying cool in the house. Greenway was a nice contractor but within two weeks, the AC was out again. I had to call back because they said they fixed it. Their contractors know what they're doing when they're sent out. But I'm really not satisfied with American Home Shield like I used to be. I needed some fix and it took them so long to fix items. But right now, I'm happy that the AC is okay.

Start from contacting office to job complete less than 3 or 4 days !
They are always there within a couple of days and get the issue resolved.
The first time I called, it was June 29th and the contractor came. He was very responsive. He showed up in less than 12 hours and my issue was resolved. That was when I thought everything was fixed. Last weekend, I started having a problem with the AC. In the middle of the night before Sunday morning, the AC was so loud. We had to shut it down because we were scared it was gonna blow up.
