My service was not really completed as defect was not repaired, only made to function. Parts where unavailable on my A/C so they wired around the circuit board, disabling part of the system to make the unit work. Not really fixing the root problem. I suppose the service co had to close the ticket as it had already gone on for several months trying to get a part. Why was unit not replaced if parts could not be found to make it fully operational?
They arrived as scheduled and repaired the program

I've had AHS for 2 different long periods in owning different houses in the past. I have been TOTALLY satisfied with everything AHS has done for me! They respond quickly and efficiently in getting my problems solved. You will NOT go wrong with AHS.

I loved the initial service request and had numerous calls to get the plumbing stoppage fixed.
We have been very pleased with the service providers you send and use...many very impressive. Much prefer to use your on-line to make appointments rather then call in for service.

When my refrigerator needed fixing, I was told it could not be. I received the original price I paid and bought a new one. When my dishwasher needed to be fixed it was!!! Service was GREAT
