While I love the responsiveness of AHS, I am not as impressed with all of the contractors. While one contractor called me almost immediately, the second contractor took almost 12 hours and then can't come out for 3 days.

Received American Home Shield policy with the purchase:closing of my home. Our double oven light board died within a month of home purchase. They quickly sent a repair professional who replaced the ‘mother board’ at my deductible cost of $100. Winning!

The service is okay. It took 3 months of calling customer service to get my air conditioning fixed. But next day on my washer. Customer service was a nightmare. Once we got approved and after 3 opinions on the air conditioning unit it was fixed.
