They were quick to assign a service person but have taken too long to resolve my claim. Not pleased with offer on one appliance and still waiting too resolve another appliance. I called in om 6/28/21
Great customer service! Technician new exactly how to repair my oven door. Which needed hinges on both sides. The technician did an excellent job!

It was O.K. I still don’t know how to change the temperature setting in the freezer. The technician said he went into administrative changes which he has access to as a technician and made a temperature change.
Sometimes they are really good with service. I guess during the pandemic, service has slipped.
Easy to use, easy to get the answers I needed, quick turnaround on the cash out check.
