The first time I called, it was June 29th and the contractor came. He was very responsive. He showed up in less than 12 hours and my issue was resolved. That was when I thought everything was fixed. Last weekend, I started having a problem with the AC. In the middle of the night before Sunday morning, the AC was so loud. We had to shut it down because we were scared it was gonna blow up. Worked to change contractors to achieve repair within 48 hours versus 5 days
American Home Shield sent AAA Appliance Doctors for a washing machine issue. It was something with the pump that wasn't pumping out. The tech did a great job. He had to order the part. Unfortunately, because it was so late in the week, he couldn't get it in time and ended up being on Monday, but that was fine. Good folks, they speak understandable english, and they follow up on service
They do take care of you .. but being on hold for 45 mins was frustrating..
I've had to call twice for the air conditioner and the rep has been great both times. The contractor was also great. I called the afternoon before and he was here the next morning. He identified the problem, went and picked up the fan motor, come back the same day and fixed it, and it's working great. American Home Shield has been really good. I've just recommended them to two other people.
