Coverage for large items is adequate, but small items coverage only allows each defective part to be replaced, not tge whole
My experience has been so-so with AHS. There are too many exclusions and not all of the vendors chosen have been satisfactory.
We have had them over 15 years. They are always prompt with claims.

It is a two step review...they had to come back twice as the two toilets fixed were not fixed. First technician said both were fixed and left. Next day one toilet wouldn't even flush toilet paper (let along anything heavier) and the second toilet handle stuck and ran all night. The vendor was wonderful and sent a second tech who identified both problems, repaired them and they both work perfectly. This shouldn't have taken two visits.
