Very good service, nice person, very prompt I
The water wasn't coming out in out plumbing. It had a leak in it a then at the bottom, the disposal didn't work. The AHS website was good when I submitted the claim. Then I was told to expect the contractor out in four days. Myers fixed the main part but if I wanted to do anything extra, then that would be on me. As far as the water running and the water hose and the disposal, everything is operational. I just have to replace the kitchen sink because it has a hole in it. But overall, it was a good experience. I made 3 service requests online. The service professionals all showed up at my house on time and performed the work as requested.
The technician from Shoreline was in there, fixed the problem with the AC and was out. He talked to me about what he did and then he was done. It was a wonderful experience with American Home Shield. I feel very pleased with and I've recommended them to several people.
I was in the process of selling the house and naturally, something would start acting up when you'd be getting ready to sell something. The garage door was not opening properly and we had Reliable Garage Doors come out. I told them that I had a deadline because we were closing on the house and I wanted to get that straightened out. AHS is always a pleasure to deal with. I get resolution for the problems in my home each time they arise.
Did a great job with my concern, wore a mask while working here.
AHS dispatched MISTER FREEZE HVAC to service my air conditioning system. They quickly diagnosed the problem (weak starting capacitor) and determined the coolant level needed some replenishment. Very quickly I had 47-degree F coming from the remote air flow outlets. Service team was courteous and professional.
