The claim submission process was super easy. I just fill it out online and boom, it’s done. I've dealt with both American Home Shield and AMP Mechanical a couple of different times now and they've both done very well.

I thought my recent claim was handled fine. However, when the vendor came out, I had and still have a leak in the commode area of my master bedroom. When the tech looked at it, he didn't do anything. He said he couldn't remove the carpet and they were restricted from doing that. At this point, I was okay with them pulling up the carpet to repair the appliance.
