Good services but you have to be proactive to make sure things are completed
AHS was quick and easy to work with and the service technician very competent.
Both my recent experiences were great. I contacted AHS by telephone for plumbing work and on line for air conditioner services. Providers contacted me the same day to schedule appointments for requested services. Providers were professional and did a good job. I highly recommend AHS
There kinda high priced. And should cover more parts.

I was referred to by three of my coworkers to AHS. The process of submitting a claim with AHS was simple, quick and easy. This dryer claim was my first claim. The technician that came was a very professional, nice guy. He explained everything.

My dishwasher wouldn't drain and after a claim submission, George from Accord Appliance came out. He was really good and professional. He looked at the dishwasher. He also tried to see if there was a block in the washing machine. He said it sounded like a motor was going out. He had one so he changed it. But we found out that it wasn't the motor. Cross Country did really well especially under the circumstances and kind of getting into American Home Shield. There was an issue with the internal pieces and Cross Country was saying that the outside unit was probably gonna go out. Sure enough, it did. Understandably, American Home Shield didn't want to pay for it until it totally went out so Cross Country had to make two different trips.
