Provide excellent service in a timely manner and have top notch contractors.
The plumbing contractor had been out for the same problem about four times and it was a leak that was in the ceiling in the kitchen. The last had a second contractor come out after the plumbing repair was effected, and the second contractor didn’t do any drywall repair. And then it leaks again, like, “Oh, God.” One thing that I kinda disagreed with, if one contractor that came out contracted via American Home Shield, the plumber had to cut the ceiling in the overhead. Fast and professional. Appointment was set right away. Technician was on time and Very Professional.
On time and sent someone experienced for the issue that we needed resolved.
Overall service is great. Service person explained the procedure clearly. Provided me with local plumber contracted for the job. I called local plumber and was able to get appointment the next day. I am very happy not to wait more than one day for plumbing problem.
I had them come out to fix a washing machine.. with good results. But, the surprise was when my 10yr old ********** dishwasher stopped working... the repairman said the part was no longer available. AHS replaced it for free with a brand new ****** dishwasher. I am very happy!!!

I have always felt relived once I call in to speak or notify my problem, because I can rest assured Help is on the way and the problem is solved.
This was the second time I had the dishwasher fixed. The first time, Pender Enterprises supposedly fixed it and that was the week before Thanksgiving. The same thing was going on then, it was leaking. The guy didn't come back for a couple of weeks and I thought he fixed it. Then a couple of weeks ago, I noticed that water was coming out again on the front and the other side of the wall.
