Easier than I thought it would be , prompt repair, good attitude and had parts needed
One of my friends suggested that I go with American Home Shield. The home will have ups and downs and something will break so I went with them. The guy who came for the AC looked like he was not experienced and I tried to tell him what the problem was. But he was saying that I had a little less Freon. But it wasn't that. I told him that my AC works then it turns off. When the second guy came, I had the same issue and he changed the capacitor. The AC is working fine now. The guy from MidSouth Electric was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous and the issue with the wiring in the breaker box was resolved. I wasn't there, but he spoke to my husband and explained the issue to him. Overall, I tell all my friends about American Home Shield. I like the service, but at some point, I don't think it's fair that the price goes up every single year. I don't agree with that part at all. There's also no rebate program. Our garage door is kind of warped on one side. Like when you're looking outside at the garage door, some of the plastic trim on the door were starting to kind of bend. We were trying to figure out what was going on and the garage door has made some noise in the past and we want to have it checked out.
