Great customer service. I call they give me the company that will come to my home for repairs or service. All the technicians that have come out were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Fees have been very reasonable.

I have found American Home Shield to be very helpful as a new homeowner. I have used it for a broken heater, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The only issue is that some contractors are better than others.
My experience is that they have always done their best to fix or replace anything that has broken if it is covered

We've had to use AHS services twice already in the first three months of having the warranty. Their communication was great, the contractors communicated quickly, and they covered the repairs per the terms of the warranty.

A/C. Thermostat replaced. Within 24 hours the motor in the AC was replaced. Our Microwave was replaced.
