Great coverage of home appliances! I recently had issues with my washer, dryer & ice-maker. All 3 issues were addressed AHS contractors. Done right the first time!

Overall it’s been good but the communications at times with some agents lately has been extremely frustrating. Or takes more to explain things. I have to request to speak with a supervisor. I understand your call center is not here in the states and I try to be patient. Most times things have been fine but as few times they have made a already stressful situation of needing service, even more stressful.
