Courteous, efficient & follow up. I think my response is sufficient & it's a little irritating you have requirement for a character count. The would rate this portion of the survey as ridiculous.
The service is great. Two years ago, we had an air conditioner repair request and somebody came and fixed it. This time, we had to have the refrigerator fixed and the guy came on time and fixed the problem as well. It took around 45 minutes, but it could have been done in less than 30 minutes. Some printed circuit board had to be changed and he had some minor issue going through it. He told me he had to talk to somebody. Still, the job was done and the icemaker started working, so overall, I'm happy with whatever he did.
Great response. Everybody I have had to do repairs have been courteous and through.

Professional, courteous, and quick service.
My refrigerator wasn't working and all my food was defrosting. I called AHS and they wanted me to wait a week for their contractor. I ended up calling back a couple of times and the reps finally got somebody to come out in two days. They said they would send Ferrer's Appliance and when the techs from there came, they were quick. They had to replace the motherboard and something with my thermostat. Everything has been fine since they were here.
Contractor's arrived on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves.
