We were fixing our ceiling fan. All of the wires were burned which we assumed was what killed the ceiling fan. I didn't wanna put up a new one so we saw what was wrong with the electrical. I made my first claim with American Home Shield. I filled out the thing online and they found One Way Electrical. The process was pretty painless. A tech came out and checked everything. The original issue with the claim with Expert Pools was that the motor was not working on the pump. My wife submitted the claim and it seemed to be pretty easy and seamless for her. The contractor was out within two days and they were excellent. They put in a new motor. We did have a slight issue with some water leaking underneath, but we recalled. Excellent service, customer service and very prompt
I’ve been having American Home Shield for years. I got them back in 1989 and they've been good to me. When I request for service, I call them and I tell them that I'm having problems with a such and such appliance. The rep will then ask me what it's doing, and I tell them. They will then submit an email to the technician and they will also give me their telephone number for me to call. It is easy to report a problem. AHS responds quickly, and the professionals are very helpful.
Good company and have had them for years. Would give 5 stars but they seem to like to always fix old appliances that sometimes need to be replaced. Took three fixes on our refrigerator before replacing it. Dishwasher is old and falling apart on outside but works good after couple fixes on inside. They won't repair/replace cosmetic issues.
Easy to request service online anytime of day and night. Prompt response by contractor. Return visit if needed within 30 days of original service performed with no fee. I have had a contract with AHS for 13 years!
The service providers are always professional.
