Quality contractors, minimal wait time for repair
So comforting knowing AHS has my back, protecting me from unpleasant surprises. My AC quit last month and within just a couple hours, literally, they had it up and running again!
Long time policy holder. Rates have escalated, and coverage had diminished over the last 10 years!
American Home Shield sent Wilson's Appliance Repair out and they were not able to fix the problem. Whatever was wrong with it at first, the technician thought it was resolved. He put it in and then he checked it the same day and said, “No, no. Still not fixed.” When he called American Home Shield back, they said they were gonna replace the unit and that was what they did.We also had a leak issue when we first moved into the house, and that was resolved as well. Complete Home Services was excellent. They responded right away. The tech was out the very next morning and was able to take care of the issue too, right away. He was in and out. I had a great experience with him. We had another guy come out the first year we lived here for an AC unit, and it was very painful. We had to chase them a lot and there was no response from them. Always come through even though they have very, very long hold times.
I've had American Home Shield for 20 years and I've been pleased with everything that they've done. Recently, I had a claim for the washer. When it would got go into spin cycle, I feel like it was fixing to take off. Everything went well when Kingdom Appliance came. There were two contractors who were brothers. They were real polite and professional. They fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes. I had no complaints. However, it would be better if there was a way that I could pay extra for an upgrade.
