The air conditioner wasn't cooling. A & R Complete Service Corp came out for that and they were very good. It's working now.
Customer service was good. Wasn’t happy that it took a month but we made it.
We had a leak in the faucet in the shower in master bath. The gentleman that came out was named Pavel and he did an excellent job. He explained everything and Susan watched what he was doing. He had to take everything apart and replace the cartridge. We were very pleased. It’s real easy to put in a claim with AHS on their website and then they’ll send a message that they received it and then that somebody will be calling. We’ve used the warranty a few times. We have been mostly pleased. Not always pleased with the companies they have sent to do the job.
Pricing a little high. Service was good but wished prices were a little loeet

Customer Service, very good value for the monetary investment.
So far it has worked pretty well for us. I wish there was a way I could select the repair people. Like a list of who is contracted with AHS that we could select from.
