They do a very good job. sometimes one has problems with contractors, and they usually get the situation resolved
ABK Lock and Safe did a great job and they did the service within a couple of hours, which was quick. Submitting the claim online was a piece of cake.

The AC wasn't cooling and Home Shield sent out US Air Conditioning of Texas. The tech who came out was nice and he fixed it on the same day. He replaced a condenser fan motor but the AC is still staying a few degrees above where I have it set. It's cooling some but it’s still not perfect. I'm trying to keep track of how well it performs whenever it's hot out.

My first experience was good. There was a little confusion with the request, but once it was in, the supplier called promptly. My technician was EARLY, very courteous, and prompt. No funny business with the billing. I'm satisfied.
