We received fast, excellent service right before after all of the outlets in our kitchen were tripped off due to starting an appliance. I submitted a request and, within two days, the repairs were completed.

Most of repairs that I’ve needed have been covered. One downside is that their support staff is located in India so there can be some issues with language barriers.
Service is fast and they dispatch professionals.

I think people could come quicker. The yearly fee keeps going up and I may have to discontinue.
When I requested a service they have answered back quickly and have fixed the problems I have very quickly too. No complains. I appreciate their help, thanks alot. Great company.

My dryer stopped heating. AHS arranged for a service contractor, who quickly determined that the repair costs exceeded what was allowed. He recommended a new dryer, and within hours AHS had contacted me with replacement options. The new dryer has been installed, and I'm very happy with all aspects of this experience with AHS.

The technician was good and knew his business. The problem is the unit is old and has to keep having parts replaced when it would be more efficient to replace the unit.
American Home Shield is the best when I needed them they came through they stood by the word and I am just overwhelmed with happiness and gratitude
