I knew something was wrong because the AC is pumping out air but it's not a lot and it's not very cool. That's when I first submitted a claim online. I like the website. It's very user-friendly. I've requested two or three things online now. It told me I would get a confirmation email within 24 hours that a contractor had been assigned. I got my email and my text for the confirmation within 30 minutes of me submitting the claim online, which was awesome. It's extremely easy to request a service for whatever issue and they get back to you on time about what contractor they went through. They give you the information about the company that they're sending for the issue, and then they'll reach out to you. This is the third time that I've had to request service (twice for the AC and then once for my refrigerator) and American Home Shield is good overall. I would definitely recommend Airmax too.
