Reimbursement for replacement appliances is slow, confusing and barely justifies the warranty cost.

People are polite and Helpful. The ones that come out are clean, prompt, and knowledgeable.

On both occasions using AHS they have sent company's who have quality personnel.
Fortunately I only have had to use home shield twice, but the experience was great. They scheduled and had someone out the next day!
Had problems with Home shields the very first time that I used them. I had problems with my refrigerator I call HS they sent technician to look at the problem, tech. took a look at the frig. I was told that they no longer had the tools to fix the frig. But not to worry H. S. would take care of the situation, but when I heard from H. always helpful. worth the money. some companies they have contract with are not the most reliable. When you find one you like, stay with it!
