The technician is a professional. He listened to and answered my questions
All of these years I’ve been a customer and can say I’ve had only 2 bad experiences with service providers; however when I notified AHS about the issue, they rectified it. The only other thing is that I wish AHS let the customer choose the provider they want to come out to their home. As well there needs to be more vetting done if the service providers!

Excellent service technician. Great, prompt service.
When I called for my repair, even though it was in the evening, they were able to accommodate with a next-day appointment and the repairman was very knowledgeable and knew what the problem was right away, even having the part to replace in his truck.
So far so good. No issues to report. Hoping to see some coverage for solar systems in the near future.
