I have had bad experiences trying to call the Company and always got someone from another Country that was hard to understand and they had to call someone else to get answers

Plumber came out and fixed the issue next day. However we still had an issue a week or so later (the faucet was completely corroded and wouldn't turn) The plumber must have knew it was going to be an issue because the next time he came out he had the faucet and fixed it in less than 2 mins. If they knew the issue the first time they should have just fixed it. But at least the problem was solved. Not sure it was worth the $100 fee... but at least I didn't have to pay twice.

First experience went well! Had a plumbing leak at one of my my properties, AHS dispatched a plumber and had it resolved on a few days.
