Washer and dryer went out same time was able to do both on one ticket, the service fee went up and I don't understand that why. It did take a few days before the repair man came by.
My AC claim with AHS went well. The contractor came out the next day and fixed the problem right away. It didn't take any time. AHS does well. They normally come out and just fix whatever needs fixing. They've also helped with my plumbing issues.
I expected quicker response time, but overall they assessed and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently when they finally arrived two days later.
Such an easy and efficient process. We realized our freezer was not producing ice over the weekend. We had an appointment by Tuesday. The technician was very professional and upfront about our issue. He ordered the parts and came back to fix the ice maker within a couple of days. He had the job complete in no time, which made it easy for me to get back to work.
The unit was vibrating and A1 Mitchell's Heating & Cooling replaced a part in it. Everything was fine. I, however, have my own opinions about warranty, but sometimes, it doesn't feel worth it. But, it is what it is.
American Home Shield has been great. I called them and the first person that they assigned me wasn't able to get out in time, so I called them right back. They set me up with someone else that came out the next day. I've had them now for two years and I've been very pleased with the service. So far, I haven’t had an issue with American Home Shield. Submitting a claim for the toilet was simple. The contractor came out after 4 days and fixed it. They were good.
I called American Home Shield when my AC unit was not working and I spoke with a live person. They were good, knowledgeable, and professional. They sent someone out for the repair and my unit has been fine since then. It was a good experience.
I call American Home Shield when I have a claim. One time, water was leaking from the upstairs bathroom down to the ceiling downstairs. When I got the rep on the phone, I told her this was the same thing that had happened about a year ago and I asked if she was sure she was sending me somebody.
