We've had an amazing experience with AH over the years but our most recent experience has left us without our washing machine for weeks at a time for something 2 companies couldn't fix
The plumber was on time and corrected the problem quickly.
Been a member for years, initially not very happy, but the quality of service has improved dramatically. I stand by AHS loyally and strongly recommend.
Got the job done. Had to work thru issues with several long phone calls, but eventually got the repair authorization
When I call up with a problem, the job is dispatched quickly. I sometimes get a callback from the company (who will be addressing the problem) within hours. Technicians who come out to the home are knowledgeable and friendly.
They always follow up to make sure everything is OK
Everyone was very helpful and understanding
I have to say it was like pulling hen's teeth to get to the right place but when I did, which is escalations it was great, and the repairman came from a great company and the only one I want to use from here on out, as I have had them before and he was great and today the part is in and he will come tomorrow and I can wash with a full load of water instead of the little 4 inches or less.
