Don't expect to get your appliances up and running quickly. Regardless how quick your repairman responds any part that needs to be ordered is ordered from and comes from American Home Shield. It takes forever. I was without a microwave for a month and dishwasher 3 weeks. For customer service you can only take to someone from Asia.
it is easy to books service, coverage is better than any other service I have found.
My many years as a customer has given me the knowledge that American Home Shield is a well-managed company and offers wonderful service to Homeowners.
They are a little pricey compared to others, BUT, for any problem that i have needed them for: furnace, AC, fridge, the repair crew are professional and courteous. AHS people always have gotten back to me with in 24 hours, with email reminders for pending services.
