AHS is great! Very easy to file a service request, contractors assigned almost immediately, no painful wait time on the phone.
Good service. AHS kept their word on refunding the $100.00 deductible
Our realtor suggested it when we bought our (at the time) 10 year old house. It was a peace of mind thing until we needed it recently. Twice. Once for a check out the HVAC system, and once for a kitchen plumbing problem. Both contractors and their people were prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable in their fields. For much less than it would have been independently.
When you actually get plumbers and other people who know what they're doing
Every time I call I get a provider to come out within days.
Took almost 2 weeks to get me a hot water tank so we couldn't take a regular shower
I have had to have a few service calls. Was satisfied with the prompt service. Not pleased with having to place a couple of service calls for my air conditioner n having to pay for the freon both times within a year. $90 the first time n $130 most recently. I don’t understand why the problem couldn’t just be fixed immediately instead of filling it with freon that is just going to leak. So far I’m very pleased with my washing machine service .
