Fast, caring, excellent service and very knowledgeable
The ac unit quit working Monday evening and the repairman was out Tuesday afternoon and was to quickly diagnose and repair the issue. Thank you for the quick response and repair.
The guy from Rush Heating and Cooling was here probably 15 minutes tops the first time he came out. The day he came out and went in the basement, I told him the unit is not getting cold. We turned it on 2 or 3 days before. He came back outside to the unit, opened it up and turned everything off in the basement. He cleaned the unit out and changed out something. quality work but hard to get a hold of by phone
American Home Shield was very timely and courteous. I called them on a Sunday, midafternoon. By Sunday afternoon, I had appointments for someone to come out. The contractor was out by Wednesday. It took about a total of seven days for everything, from start to finish. If you put my stovetop's element on low, it will, all of a sudden, become high. The contractor came in, looked at it, figured that the knobs needed to be replaced, and ordered. He then came back and put the knobs in.
