Amer Hm Shield responded w in 2 days of calling. We had been w out cool air for 3 days and miserable. The Tech resolved the issue but I wished a tech could have responded w in a day bc of the urgency for my family.
You do offer enough coverage for repairs! Having to replace a HVAC system was pretty much on us with very little help from you. We are thinking finding another home coverage provider. It seems you only want provide for small repairs.

The first time had to wait a bit for someone to come see my washer. The second time around they were very prompt in coming to see my appliance. It took 2 1/2 weeks to fix but that was out of their control. Very satisfied with the service they provided.
