For a first timer it was simple process from the start
Usually good repair people. However, some do not explain things very well & Customer must insist on invoice for work done. AHS must make sure contractor follows contract with AHS. In the past I have been given an invoice copy, without asking. Lately I've been told that "everything is paperless". Some contactors have emailed the invoice copy to me. Others have not; which means I must call contactor & request it & report that their employee did not follows AHS contract.
Best service so far. I've had other home warranty company's that were fine at first then they went downhill. I'm hoping that AhS will remain consistent.
