The rep was scheduled to come out, called 5 or 10 mins before he was to arrive at my resident and said he would be there in an hour to an hour and a half. Mind you I waited on him all morning to arrive and cancelled an appointment to make sure I was home. Other then that I am pleased with the service.
I'm still waiting for somebody to get back to me on the status of repairing one if the original orders, my dryer! The service guy was awesome, but I can't get anyone to call me back!
