They honor their contract. The providers to service the items that are broke or not functioning properly take the time to figure out how to resolve immediately.

Some difficulty making the claim. Over a week time getting the contractor to come for the initial repair. The contractor also charged for unnecessary alterations to existing water and drain line for the water heater replacement and required payment in cash.
