The air conditioning would not come on. I did a claim to American Home Shield on the internet. The website was great and easy to use, and it told me the contractors would come out the next day and they did. Fountain Heating & Cooling came out, and they were professional. I submitted the claim to American Home Shield online and things were done very quickly. I logged in, the button was there and I pushed it. Within an hour, someone was calling me. The technician from Airstar Services came out and got right down to business. Within a couple of hours, we had AC. That was great. We’ve been with American Home Shield for almost two years now and that was our very first experience. It went so well and I literally just sent a referral link to my friend for her own.
I found American Home Shield originally, and they covered the things that I needed them to. The only reason why I would go someplace different is if I could get a lower price. Still, I have an older home, so it concerns me. If my house wasn’t as old as it is, I wouldn't keep it. Things are breaking down, and it's expensive. Everything went so smoothly! Our washing machine broke down. After trying a few home remedies, we placed a request into American Home Shield and had a repair person out the next morning. He determined it was, sadly, beyond repair. AHS located a new GE Washing machine to replace our broken one. Now our home is whole again and no more trips to the laundromat!
We bought a new house and we wanted it rekeyed. I just went online through American Home Shield and it had a button to push on rekey. I just pushed the button for rekey and then it took me to that B&S Investment thing. Then they called me within 24 hours and the technician was out to our house the same day. The process was pretty easy. The technician was there within two hours. My experience was perfect.
We heard good reviews about American Home Shield from homeowners. It’s been well with them. Last year though, they sent somebody for our AC who didn’t work so well with us. We had some issues going back and forth. But CNJ Services were great. They fixed the plumbing and we called them back because they did a really good job.
The refrigerator was a lengthy process and contractor didn’t have the parts. And it’s pretty hard when you don’t have a refrigerator. It was several days before they were able to get a part and come back for the install. But the air conditioning was much easier. Certified Comfort Heating and AC had parts in the truck and the tech had in our air conditioner, which was up and running in 20 minutes. It was great.
AHS is always great. I have used it 3 times since I have owned my home and they have been excellent every time. This time it was my refrigerator. It was beyond repair and they were prompt on getting me my options for replacement and delivery for set up! I would recommend AHS to everyone. I have talked a couple of family members into purchasing policies as well.
Over the last few years we have had several small and large items that have come up. AHS has been amazing and the technicians are the best I've ever used. They are super friendly and do amazing fast work.
