Noticed water coming from the emergency drain pipe near my roof. I logged into my account and placed the claim that evening. It took almost the full 24 hours before I was contacted by the assigned company near me. The appointment was set for the next day. The company made the repair (although the repairs, in the case, was not covered by the warranty) and I was back in business. Getting an appointment through AHS was very fast and easy when I had a leak in the sink that was connected between the dishwasher and the drainage into the disposal. The contractor replaced the piping one day but that didn't work. It leaked again so, he came out two days later and fitted new piping, which worked.
Great experience this far. Contractor contacted us and scheduled appointment for next day and worker actually came night before after contacting us to be sure okay to do so. He fixed problem hopefully. It was fixed that night, but I have been out of town every since. Will be going back this week and will re-check.

I'm very well-pleased. Our refrigerator wasn't cooling and it had something to do with the motor or the compressor in the back. I made a request online and with my brain, sometimes, it's difficult, but it works. It went easy. My daughter was here to help, so that even helped more. The claim went good as well. The guy from Appliance Repair Time came out and he looked at the unit. I was very pleased with the service that i got. It was easy and very fast service. The repair person was very nice and professional. So i would have him do more work for me if needed.
I've been with American Home Shield for about two years now and they were very professional, on time, and were very quick to come out. They were able to understand and had the knowledge to help solve the problem. Pure Pool Services came out recently and just like any other service providers we’ve had, they’ve been good.
The tech came out and fixed the microwave. Everything went fine. We're very happy with AHS.
Great experience. Two toilets had issues at the same time with constant running. They were just old and needed some new "guts". The repairman was on time and courteous.
