They have been great, until on of the contractors they sent out made a mistake and trying to talk to a manager is nearly impossible. I think there phone people are trained to NOT put you through to a manager.
They come through every time! Speedy dispatch for the most part and great assurance that if a big ticket item goes, I'm covered.

It is very difficult for them to find contractors who work on high end appliances
Not real good at problem solving. I keep getting told that "somone else" will be reviewing my claim and get back to me.
