Our water heater was under factory parts warranty; however, the manufacturer didn’t want to stand behind their warranty. They kept trying to blame our gas pressure for the issues despite multiple plumbers stating the water heater was not working properly. AHS stepped up and replaced the water heater, and we couldn’t be more thankful.

They have contractors who respond quickly, however they shiould replace items instead of repairing them. We like some contractors better than others.
They are very responsive to my requests. They get on the job right away, locating a repair company. They stand by their ethos.
