I have been a customer for 20 years now and never had a problem except now when my request for replacing my Breaker Box was denied and I have to pay for it on my own. $2800.88. Not a good deal.
Overall best coverage and easy process. Updates are given in timely manner. The virtual process was very sufficient as well. Contractors call to schedule as well as American Home Sheild updating you on parts orders and appointment times

When you make a call, they send someone to you and follow up with an email.
Some contractors have tried to take advantage by lying to be able to charge me for work not needed. I usually call in to AHS and have them removed.
Sub par service the promise that was made to me when I became a member of your services I didn't receive them.I have been with your company for years and never was treated the I was on my last service call.
All around efficient, professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company!
