While American Home Shield has done very well and covered my issues. I was surprised to learn that while they cover a garage door opener, they do not cover garage door springs.
Anytime I have an issue it is scheduled for repair or replacement immediately.

AHS took care of my issue right way and in less than two hours it was resolved.

More recently, AHS has been much better in terms of response time. I am always relieved I have the service available as surprise expenses would not fit into my budget. Generally, with one exception, the contractors hired to do the work are great and their appliance replacement options are decent quality.
They make it easy to file a work order, & keep me posted on progress.
