Easy and efficient to file a request. Had a problem with a tech and they immediately fixed the situation and sent a new company to ensure my satisfaction. The online wait time for customer service was a little lengthy but it was easy to wait online instead of being tied to a phone the entire time.

I need to speak with a live person at AHS and cannot seem to do this. The service request company assigned to our request is AMTEC SERVICES, INC> As of yet they havenot contacted me to schedule a discussion or visit, and I have called 770-248-0010 at least 15 times and have been put on hold for long periods of time with loud music in my ears. I would like to discuss a problem with AHS but cannot speak to a live person.
I have never had trouble of any kind with the people you send out. They are all very good.
