Quick to respond. And take care of the problem. The service guy they sent and his company were great
I've had three needs under the coverage. Two were handled without any issue at all. The other one had some poor communication and slowness in finding a contractor to complete the work. However, when the contractor was found they did an excellent job. We were disappointed, however, that the entire installation was not fully covered because of "code" issues. We purchased an old home and that's one reason we bought the warranty.

They are always take care of their customer needs with their appliances being fix. They did replace my washer with a new one because part the maker of my washer doesn’t make that part anymore that’s why they did replace my washer with a née one
