Minor issues are resolved quickly but anything that takes the course of a few weeks there is not great follow up. I’ve been on hold over 6 hours total in 2 days just to speak to someone about my issues. Was hung up as well which caused me to start over. Also the assigned contractor for my service was absolutely terrible. Diagnosed wrong 4 times and extremely rude.

We bought a house that had more problems than we ever imagined. Fortunately it came with an American Home Shield Shield. Thank God. AHS came to our rescue again and again and again. Furthermore, it was quick and easy. HONEST!!!

Because in ways they do do a good job. But just because you use your warranty insurance don’t take your insurance up. To me your being blamed for using it.
