I would give them a 5 but I really get frustrated with foreign customer service people who can't speak the English language clearly and/or who also can't understand it.
It took four trips to finally get it worked out. Donald the tech did excellent once they finally figured out it was the circuit board.

In the time we've been with American Home Shield, they have made sure we've been satisfied with the contractors sent for repairs. If we had an issue, they made it right. They respond quickly and a contractor is always in touch within 24 hours. We are extremely satisfied with AHS.
