AHS promptly responded to my request for service.
The technician was able to come assess what my issue was and got my refrigerator fixed the next week.
Professional and quick response. The agent understood my problem and contacted the correct company for the service.
I have been a AHS customer for 15+ years. Good response time when requesting service. Problems usually resolved in one visit. Some contractors are better than others, especially for HVAC central air conditioner systems. Would like the opportunity to pick a contractor from a list of available choices from AHS. Currently the contractor is assigned by AHS.
My air went out with the temperature in the 100's they helped me find a repairman that came out quickly!
They worked really fast so we can have heat in our home.
