They are very responsive and the repairmen are great
The customer service was excellent and my water heater was serviced right away with no problems.
because when I first called in about my washer I had to go through some things from feb 2021 to may 2021. but in all it came out good

I had a small leak coming from my hot water heater. The tank was 23 years old so I didn't know if it would be covered. It was! All I paid was the $100 fee for them to come out initially and $288 for water and gas line modifications. The new tank, labor to install and haul-away of the old tank was covered. Thank you, American Home Shield!
