Working with AHS has been so much better than I ever expected. The immense stress of having something breakdown is greatly reduced. I only had one incident happens during that was with my pool. I had listed many items as far as outdoors including my pool. When something happened with my pool I was told it wasn't noted in the contract. I missed it in my review of contract. I wasn't allowed to add it and had to wait until the anniversary of my contract. Other then that, all has been good.

They always came to my aid .I feel like I am well protected. The only problem I have is calling them on the phone . I always have one hour hold time. If I used the web site it immediate.
